$0 Bathroom “Makeover”

I don’t know if I’d really call this is a makeover, but my bathroom does look better. I finished painting the fixtures in Oil Rubbed Bronze last weekend (via the post here). This week, I decided to paint my bathroom walls. It took a total of 10 minutes per coat because there are really only two actual walls, both the size of a small child. Easy peasy. I went with paint I already had and had used in my room, Dolphin Fin by Behr. It’s a really pretty grey and looks totally different in the bathroom than in my bedroom, so it looks like I actually went out and bought new paint. Yesss! After all was said and done, I put the fixtures back up and called it a day. Here are the after pics for your viewing pleasure.

This light surprisingly looks much better.

photo 2All in all, I’m happy with it for now. Not an earth shattering change, but better than this!
